Terpinolene

Terpinolene is a water-white to light amber colored liquid typically found in parsnip oil and allspice, but is also found in trace amounts of parsley and many other essential oils. It is used as a sedative, insect repellent, and flavoring ingredient, giving off a sweet, pine-like aroma.
