(Z)-beta-Ocimene, or cis-beta-Ocimene, is an colorless to pale yellow clear oil with a pleasant odor, found within a variety of plants. The different forms of ocimene naturally occur in mint, parsley, pepper, basil, mangoes, orchids, and kumquats.
Gives off warm citrus, herbal, and floral aromas. It also used in perfumery.
